High-speed Gear Set Fast Trade In Agreement Form

We at UTV SURGERY accept the condition for this “fast trade in” agreement and will respect the condition written bellow. Condition for High speed gear set “fast trade in”.

1-Upon order you will have to pay an extra $3000 bond.

2-You will also need to return this filled up form. For us to be able to send your new high speed gear set you will have to fulfill those previous conditions. You will then have 2 week upon receive of those gear set to swap them and send them back to UTV Surgery. We will then do an initial condition check on your OEM gear set, before sending those to KWI USA. KWI USA will make a final condition check and decision on the condition of your gear set. Once KWI give us the green light on your gear set condition we will refund you $3000. Allow 4 to 6 week assessment process.
